Chris Bertinshaw
Chris Bertinshaw began consulting in corporate governance in 1988. He has built up a wealth of knowledge about company directors and councillors. He’s spent over a decade teaching the theory and has put it into practice serving on boards and councils for well over 30 years.
Chris understands the theory and the practicalities of serving on boards and chairing them. When you engage Chris, you have someone who not only understands what should be done, but also how to achieve it.
Peter McDonald
In tandem with consulting, Peter regularly challenges post graduate students at highly respected universities to put brand marketing & communications theory into practice. Early in his diverse management career, Peter lived, worked, studied and travelled in North America for eight years, forever enriching his perspective in a myriad of ways.
He holds a BCom (Marketing), MBA (International Business), and PhD (Management), each successfully completed on a part-time applied theory basis, the PhD in 2015.
Peter’s specialties are – creating sustainable & transformative commercial relationships, strategic marketing & brand communication planning, coaching & mentoring, expert witness, and new business workshops.
David Watkins
Over the last 20 years David has built a busy practice training people in the best use of IT Systems. He is an experienced adult educator of challenging subjects including not only IT Systems but also Hellenistic Greek and Hebrew.
David’s clients include government departments like ATO, ADF, NSW Dept of Education and some major universities. He describes himself as a mentor who brings energy, vitality and vision to any organisation that seeks to reform business practice through the latest cloud technology. He enjoys teaching people how to embrace change, which is about managing people and helping them to change the way they work to incorporate new technologies.

Christine Hawkins
Christine is a trusted corporate advisor to boards and senior management. Over 25 years as a director and Chair of the boards of organisations in a wide range of industries and sectors have given Christine deep insights into the dynamics of board relationships and their impact on organisational performance. Her passion is effective governance, how to achieve it, and how it manifests itself in the relationships within successful organisations.
Christine’s board experience extends across public and private companies, not-for-profit organisations, ministerial councils, Commonwealth statutory corporations and state and local government, mature organisations and start-ups.
Originally an economist for the Reserve Bank of Australia, Christine became a senior corporate advisor for several investment banks, with expertise including financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, funds management and strategic business development. She is known for seeking pragmatic pathways to resolve client issues.
Felipe Leyton
Felipe is an expert in commercial property.
He spent many years mastering the legal fundamentals of property transactions leading to a thorough knowledge of the legal requirements. Since then he has developed a solid track record in sourcing and securing commercial space for a diverse clientele. Felipe’s great strength is matching real estate to his client’s needs.
Luke Trimble
Luke is a successful entrepreneur behind several start up enterprises. He began his career learning sales and moved into IT implementation and support.
While providing IT assistance to several clients, Luke has gone on to establish Easts Basketball League and Spring Retreat with a business partner. He is available to advise start ups on entrepreneurship and IT issues.

Richard Hale
Richard has extensive experience in Program and Project governance and PMO Establishment. He has led implementation teams for a significant number and diverse range of organisations. His industry experience includes health, research and development, telecommunications and manufacturing. He is a Fellow of AICD and has an MBA from Macquarie University.
